Safe Kids Foundation participated in the "Road Safety Week" celebrated from 2nd-8th January, 2008 by Road Safety Patrol, Traffic Police, Mumbai.

Safe Kids Foundation organized two competitions for children

• Exhibition on "Road Safety". Children prepared models, charts and posters on road situations. Entries were received from various schools. 
• Essay competition was held at Traffic Police Headquarters where students from various schools participated in the competition.

Safe Kids Foundation also participated in the Road Safety Patrol rally by displaying banners with road safety messages. "Drive to care! Not to dare!" was the theme for 2008. Road Safety Patrol cadets participated in the rally.

Poster prepared by Safe Kids Foundation were displayed in various schools, police stations, and other prominent places.
