On April 7, 2010 a small event was organized at Sir J J Schools, D N Road, Mumbai to mark the unveiling of the project.
The Chief Guest Mr S M Sayyed, Asst Commissioner of Police, (Traffic) and Guest of Honor, Mr Samuel Thomas, managing director operations (West &South) FedEx Express and the other dignitaries were welcomed by school children by waving of Safe Kids Flags.
