

Public Awareness Campaign on Road Safety
The Mumbai Police (Traffic) organized a Public Awareness Campaign on road safety from August 12, 2010 to August 19, 2010. College students were posted at 31 important junctions holding banners and placards with road safety messages. Some of these important junctions were Colaba, near Mantralaya, Fort, Churchgate, , Chowpatty , Tardeo, Worli, Byculla, Mahim, Bhoiwada, Matunga, Chembur, Vikroli, Vakola, D. N. Nagar, Kandivali, Borivli and Trombay.
These are busy junctions which are used by thousands of vehicles daily.
To protect children from road accidents,the 'Safe Kids Walk This Way'program was launched at Rajghat,Delhi.

An event arranged to unveil changes done outside Sir J.J.Group of Schools to make the road safer for the schoolchildren.
Our evaluation of the tests held in Mumbai during the academic year June2009-May2010 shows an improvement in the understanding of our concept by 23%.
